To protect the liver, My Physician has instructed me to “Drink Moderately.” I don’t understand, what is moderate drinking?
What is moderate drinking?
Drinking moderately for men means no more than 2 standard drinks per day.
Moderate drinking for women means no more than 1 standard drink per day.
